"Easy to Set Up and Use"
Setup was simple, and the panel is easy to understand. Didn’t have to dig around much to find what I needed, which was nice. Everything feels straightforward, even for me.

"Fast help when something came up"
I had one issue with my server and support got back to me quicker than I expected. They kept the replies simple, fixed what needed fixing, and didn’t make it feel like a huge deal. Based on this experience, I’d say they’re good about jumping in when something goes wrong. Mostly I’m just glad it didn’t turn into a long back-and-forth.

The control panel is straightforward to use. I was able to find the server settings, files, and restart options without having to dig around too much. Compared to a few other hosting panels I’ve used, this one feels cleaner and less overwhelming, though a couple pages did confuse me at first. After clicking around for a bit, it all started to make sense. Overall, it’s solid and easy enough to work with, just not completely perfect

I needed to make a few changes to my account, and it was straightforward. The dashboard was easy to navigate, and I didn’t have to dig through a ton of menus just to find my billing details. I also sent in a quick support ticket about my plan and got a clear response faster than I expected. Nothing overly flashy, but everything worked smoothly and did what I needed it to do.

"Quick restore, but my confidence took a hit"
They did get my server restored fast, and I’ll give them credit for that. The backups were easy to find too, which made the whole process less stressful. Still, after having to deal with the issue in the first place, my trust has definitely been shaken a bit. It worked out, but I’m not quite as confident as I used to be.

I’ve been using bisecthosting for a few months now, the server basically never goes down. It’s been so reliable that I almost forget I’m even supposed to worry about uptime. Really happy with how smooth everything’s been so far...

"Took a little tweaking, but it worked out"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with BisectHosting at first, but I’ll admit the server config ended up being flexible. I was able to change settings, switch versions, and mess with a few things without it turning into a huge headache. The panel was simple enough to figure out, even though I had to adjust some stuff to get my mods working right. Once that was sorted, everything ran fine. So yeah, not bad at all overall.

I got help really quickly, which was great because I’m not the most patient when setting things up and I was already trying to squeeze it in between other stuff. The setup was mostly smooth overall, with just a couple small things I had to figure out, but nothing too frustrating.

I was trying to sort out an issue with my Minecraft server and, surprisingly, their knowledge base actually had the exact steps I needed. Took me maybe 10 minutes to fix it on my own, so I didn’t even have to open a ticket. Kind of makes you wonder why some companies make you dig forever or contact support for basic stuff.

Well... I ordered a server from bisecthosting and was surprised by how fast everything was ready. I figured I’d be waiting around for a bit, but it was basically good to go within a few minutes. I didn’t really have to mess with much either — just logged in and started setting things up...

I’ve been using it for a while now, usually while I’m at my desk with coffee or half-watching something in the background, and the latency has been low overall. Most of the time it feels smooth and responsive, so I don’t really find myself thinking about it much, which is usually a good sign

I set this up mostly because a few of us were trying to play together and I didn’t want to deal with the usual headaches. The setup part was actually straightforward, and I didn’t have to mess around with too much. After poking through the options, I picked a server that was closer to where most of my friends are, and that ended up making the ping noticeably better. It’s also just nice not being stuck with one location

I wanted to try a few different servers, and they actually had pretty much all the games my friends were asking for. Setup was easy enough, which was nice. I’m not totally sure about the overall quality yet, since I haven’t used it long enough to really judge, but so far it’s been okay

It's okay overall and works fine most of the time, but the lag can be really annoying. I wasn't expecting it to stress me out as much as it did, especially when I'm just trying to use it quickly and it starts freezing or slowing down.

"Way more stable than my old host"
I’ve been using BisectHosting for my Minecraft server for a bit now, and it’s been a lot more stable than the host I was using before. I haven’t had those random crashes lately, and the uptime has been noticeably better. Even with a few friends online and some mods running, it still feels smooth. Compared to what I dealt with previously, not having to restart the server all the time is a huge relief. Happy with it so far.

“Bisect is a company that false advertises to it's users that they will be getting a sufficient service but will not receive one at all or be asked to pay for them to have their 'service' fixed, it is unlikely that the service ever is fixed when paying them an additional fee.”
