Been using their services for a couple weeks, any issues i have, from mods not loading to the server not functioning, these guys are always around to help, they have a live chat service for instant responses and a ticket system that is also quite fast, I wanted a RAM upgrade for my server and they had it done in like 30 minutes.

Great server service but am having trouble with world generation. I have the 16gb budget package but it is having trouble loading new chunks and tends to timeout when loading new chunks. Other than that, the server runs great! It does however make exploration a bit of an issue, especially since the pack is exploration oriented (AOF6).

Servers are always up and run great. I am just running Valheim but my friends and I will use Bisect in our future gaming as well. The configuration page is easy to use and easy to set up the MODs we want. Great company.

I really found Anna to be extremely patient and understanding throughout the whole process I was getting help. She assisted me with setting up my server (which I was having a hard time with), and even troubleshooting on curseforge so that I could join the server! I find it interesting that it was through the "service cancelation/downgrade" section that I ended up asking for her help through their live chat. I think asking customers to download gyazo might save others (like me) more time in resolving issues but overall, the customer service was very helpful. Anna was very kind.

I am very new to server creation, so the people who have helped answer every question I have sent their way are extremely lovely people, I understand it's their job, but they are not rude and they don't waste my time at all, as in, I'm not waiting forever for an answer, I will be recommending bisect to anyone that wants to get into server hosting

Easy to start, manage and use. Good quality of services, good differentiation of servers according to game will be used. Arma 3 CPU and drive space consuming, so hosting give more CPU resources and unlimited space.

Insanely fast reply times and quality work. I really dont like to hype up stuff that isnt that great, but seeing what usual support is like, bisect hosting is killing it! Havent had any issues yet, and they seem to genuinely care about your experience here, so i can only reccomend them ^^ (Tho note that i have bought the 24// live support addon)
